The leadership team at Citrix was looking to define a customer centric business strategy for their GoTo product suite. I had the opportunity to lead a workstream that delivered a live customer immersion at our annual leadership offsite. In partnership with the VP of Product & GM, the UX team, and a facilitation vendor, I helped to conceptualize and execute live customer interviews and ideation sessions for the executive team. As a result, customer insights formed the core of the outcomes based strategy we established for the business.
