Reena is a design strategist who thrives on leading design innovation and integrative thinking. She specializes in the creation of cutting-edge customer experiences and holistic processes and frameworks.

Today, Reena is Product Design Manager at Citrix. Previously, she held the position of User Experience Manager at Rogers Communications Inc. Reena also managed a design team at Research In Motion, spearheading the product and brand design of BlackBerry mobile, desktop and internet applications. She has over 10 years of design experience, and in addition to Rogers and BlackBerry, has designed for CGI Group, Bell Canada, and Ontario Power Generation.

Reena is currently a graduate student at OCAD University, pursuing a Masters degree in Design. Her specialization is in Strategic Foresight and Innovation. Previously, Reena graduated with a specialization in Computer Science from the University of Toronto.

Staying actively involved in the community is very important to Reena, and she has organized several charity and benefit events. She has been featured in publications such as the Globe and Mail, Toronto Star, and Metro News as well as on MuchMusic. Her artwork has been exhibited at highly revered venues including the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) and the Canadian National Exhibition (CNE).
