SUMMARY

The leadership team at Citrix was looking to define a user centric business strategy for their GoTo product suite. I conceptualized and delivered a live customer immersion at our annual leadership offsite. In partnership with the VP of Product & GM, the UX team, and a facilitation vendor, I led live customer interviews and ideation sessions for the executive team. The customer insights from these sessions directly informed the strategy we established for the business.
