SUMMARY

At Citrix, one of our objectives was to reimagine the future of collaboration by looking entirely beyond our current product suite. We formed a cross functional team and adopted an approach that was based firmly in design thinking. The project evolved into an ongoing user-centered innovation program which served as a pipeline of future feature and product ideas both on short-term and long-term horizons.
