In order to deliver a more modern, intuitive, and easier to use GoToMeeting experience, our team led a redesign initiative for the product. Although this was a high business priority, we were working within tight timelines and so our goal was to drive for the best possible experience within the time available to the team. We carefully managed scope while ensuring that the new design delivered improved usability. Additionally we devised and delivered a strong change management plan for our customers. The result was a positive impact to net promoter score and higher customer satisfaction.
